Assignment
Hedson Technologies has recently formed a strategic Product Development roadmap with a lot of exciting projects in a business where many areas for the moment is changing from manual work to automated processes. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be a part of the team not only executing this roadmap, but also contributing with values and future products to it.
You will be a part of the Arlöv team and work with innovation, product development and maintenance of existing products. You will have the opportunity to build your knowledge in a lot of different areas, not only the technical sides i.e. manufacturing methods, design techniques etc but also identifying and developing customer and user values, understanding the power of the market requests and much more.
Who are you
In order to be competitive in this position, we think you have a M.Sc or B.Sc degree in i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Product Development or Mechatronic and at least 3-4 years of experience from working as a Design Engineer. You have experience from designing for mass production and a strong creative thinking when it comes to solving problems.
Close contact with other areas in the company, and a good understanding of the customer is needed to be successful in this role. You also have good social skills and a general technical interest, perhaps combined with a technical hobby.
